Ms Seleka Sekonopo fifteen years track record in the local market started in 1998 when she joined Investec Securities as a founding staff member of the first securities broking company where she served as a securities dealer. Later on Ms Seleka joined Capital Securities as Head of Research, founding and heading the department. Her trail blazing journey on the development of Botswana capital market hit an accelerated leap in 2000 when she served as a committee member in the Botswana stock Exchange. In 2003 she founded FinCraft Investments as a Managing Director; later in 2009 ,Ms Seleka Sekonopo developed the FinCraft Retirement Fund which was licensed by NBFIRA in 2010.She is currently chairs the Board of FinCraft Retirement Fund and is Vice Chairperson of the Association of Botswana Financial Advisors.

Sikhulile has worked in the investment management industry for over 10 years, which started at Interfin Securities-a stock broking Firm. While at Interfin he was trained in all aspects of investments working in different departments being research, dealing and accounts. He joined Adway Investments Services as an investment analyst and was later promoted to the Senior Analyst Position. In pursuit of more challenges and an ultimate desire to work in an investment management environment he joined CBZ Asset Management as a pensions Manager. Skhulile also worked for EcoBank Asset Management and Premier Asset Management companies. He joined FinCraft in 2010 and is tasked with overall implementation of investment programmes.

Mr. Malope joined FinCraft in 2008 as an intern before being confirmed as a substantive employee. In 2012, he was promoted to an accounts manager -responsible for preparation of financial budgeting and management accounts for the company after serving under the then Finance Manager for 2 years. He is a member of BICA- Botswana's professional body which is responsible for registering and providing oversight on the local accountancy industry. Through his 5 years spent at FinCraft, Boniface has become affluent with the company's broader operations and he currently supervises the accounting department's personnel.

Gorata Vaka is a seasoned professional who has been in the marketing industry from 2009 when she was in an intense marketing environment in an Advertising Agency taking care of a lot of Corporates and Government Institutions. She joined FinCraft Investment Management in 2011 as a Marketing & Communications Manager responsible for the overall brand of the company. Gorata takes care of the plan and implementation of the company's marketing strategy through campaigns and programs which are put in place to meet the objectives laid out. She is the custodian of the company's communications tools like the quarterly newsletter and website. She is a very self driven and focused person backed with a foundation of a bachelor's degree in arts post graduate diploma and some professional courses related to her field.

Ms Monica Moalosi joined FinCraft in 2008 as a part-time employee before being confirmed as a full time employee serving as a finance officer. In 2011 she was appointed the Compliance and Risk Management Executive serving as a business continuity team leader. She also is responsible for the Risk and compliance functions of FinCraft,which includes amongst others, ensuring that the company is complaint with statutory laws and acts as well as regulatory requirements.
