Ms Seleka-Sekonopo has been practicing under various roles in Botswana's financial services industry dating back to 1997. An avid developmental finance enthusiast; Ms. Gao Seleka-Sekonopo has been instrumental as a team member in the establishment of four financial institutions from a Greenfield perspective in Botswana; developed multiple financial products and services. Ms. Seleka-Sekonopo has published extensive research on the local investment industry, served as a Board Member which led to the establishment of the independent Botswana Stock Exchange in 2002, Vice-Chairperson of the Association of Botswana Financial Advisors and currently chairs the FinCraft Retirement Fund. As a team member; she has consulted for international developmental organizations such as the United Nations Development Programme for the formulation of a Framework of National Strategy for Sustainable Development for the Republic of Botswana. She holds a BBA and an MBA both from Morehead State University, Kentucky, USA which she merited in 1995.
She has undertaken coursework on Advanced Strategic Business and Financial Analysis (Euro Money Training) and Investment Securities Analysis (Johannesburg School of Finance). Elsewhere in her societal life; Gao serves on Fund-raising and Protocol sub-committees of the Roman Catholic Church's; Christ the King Cathedral.

Ms Monica Moalosi joined FinCraft in 2008 as a part-time employee before being confirmed as a full time employee serving as a finance officer. In 2011 she was appointed the Compliance and Risk Management Executive serving as a business continuity team leader. She also is responsible for the Risk and compliance functions of FinCraft,which includes amongst others, ensuring that the company is complaint with statutory laws and acts as well as regulatory requirements.
